Data Entry Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities

- Accurately input and update data in databases and ERP systems.

- Perform data entry tasks including order entry, transcription, and data collection.

- Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to information.

- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management, including the use of pivot tables.

- Assist with clerical tasks as needed, providing support to other departments.

- Ensure data accuracy by conducting regular audits and corrections.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirements

- Proficient in computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical work.

- Familiarity with databases and ERP systems is preferred.

- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.

- Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively.

- Previous office experience is highly desirable.

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Experience with Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables, is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.97 per hour
