Data Entry (QC Support)
Position Summary:
The Data Entry will work closely with the QC personnel to accurately record, organize, and manage quality-related data. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the integrity of product testing and reporting by supporting documentation and routine quality tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and maintain accurate data from quality tests, inspections, and reports.
- Assist in documenting results of routine quality checks and lab procedures.
- Support the lab technician with sample labeling, logging, and tracking.
- Prepare reports or summaries of test data as directed.
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and compliant lab environment.
- Perform light administrative duties as needed, such as filing and organizing quality documentation.
- Follow all safety and quality protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or coursework in science, quality, or administration is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry software.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow instructions carefully.
- Prior experience in a lab or quality control setting is a plus, but not required.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel or other data management tools.
- Knowledge of basic quality control or lab procedures.
- Interest in science, manufacturing, or quality systems.

Shift: 8-hour shift
