LOCATION: Woodstock-Marietta area

JOB TYPE: Full Time

SALARY: $15 -$20 hour plus Commission based on Experience and if you bring a customer portfolio to the table.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced inside sales representative to join our team. The ideal candidate would have simple estimating skills and be proficient in Quickbooks. This role is key to our success in providing top-notch service and communication to our customers, ensuring they find the best solutions for their needs.

Responsibilities:

*Data entry through Quickbooks.

*Greet and assist customers in the showroom, answering the phone, responding to emails and provide expert advise and design help on countertops materials, colors, and finishes.

*Understand and explain the features, benefits, and options of the varies countertop materials including granite, quartz, marble, quartzite, and porcelain.

*Prepare and provide accurate estimates, ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining profitability.

*Process sales orders, invoices, payments, and purchase orders using Quickbooks.

*Maintain and update customer records in Buildertrend and our CRM system.

*Follow up with potential leads, providing timely and professional communication by telephone, texts, emails, and social media.

*Work closely with your fellow team members to provide timely installations ,and help each other close business.

*Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

QUALICICATIONS:

*Some experience in countertop sales or related industry such as interior design, estimating, Data entry, and good with color coordination

*Quickbooks experience

*Interacting with customers in the showroom
