Hinderliter Construction is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk to perform clerical duties including processing invoices, filing, correspondence, and data entry. Days and hours are flexible. Expected 20-25 hrs per week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Process invoices for payment
•Correspond with co-workers to collect receipts and ensure expenses are posted to the correct job and division
•Provide clerical support to team members including typing, filing, and data entry
•Maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and security of the company’s financial data
•Participate in educational opportunities to improve job knowledge and skills
Skills and Experience:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Word and Excel
•General knowledge of financial and accounting business practices preferred
•Able to complete data entry and data analysis in a thorough manner while ensuring accuracy and consistency
•Detail-oriented and able to plan, organize, prioritize, and schedule tasks and duties in an efficient manner
•Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
