- Input and manage data into various databases and systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Perform order entry tasks, ensuring all orders are processed correctly.
- Assist in data collection efforts to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval of information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork, sign-in logs, and time tracking.
- Coordinate hotel reservations, meals and other travel logistics as directed by the foremen or manager.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft and cloud-based reporting tools.
- Familiarity with databases and data management systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
