DMC is currently looking for a Maintenance Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time contract basis, based in our Val Caron, Ontario Office. The Maintenance Data Entry Clerk is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of inventory changes across various work settings. Working under direct supervision, this role requires consistent execution of repetitive tasks with a high degree of precision, accuracy, and adherence to established procedures. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to completing tasks within defined timeframes.

- Perform accurate data entry to track and record inventory adjustments in real-time.

- Assist in verifying the accuracy of data received from maintenance technicians and supervisors

- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely submission of required documentation

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and communication.

- Adapt to diverse work settings, including shop, office, yard, and warehouse environments.

- Follow and adhere to company policies, guidelines, and procedures.

- Plus all other duties assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Training in office administration or data entry is an asset

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suites (e.g. Word, Excel).

- Experience in data entry, or a similar role. (Asset)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on timely task completion.

- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

- Sense of urgency and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.

- Punctual, dependable, and committed to following demonstrated procedures.
