Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

This role will be within our demand management and network infrastructure team. We look after 60 million meters and our teams provide advanced metering solutions to help manage demand for essential suppliers.

What will you be doing?

As our Data Analyst you'll be a dedicated team member who leads by example, always prioritising safety.

You'll be skilled in building and updating Power BI dashboards and DAX reports, and creating insightful business reports from accurate data. Maintain and update databases, resolves data issues, and monitors trends to support business decisions.

You'll need to communicate your findings clearly to managers and collaborates across departments to help achieve goals. Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders and takes pride in maintaining our partnership with Thames Water through ownership and accountability.

What You’ll Bring

- Hands-on experience building reports and dashboards in Power BI

- Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports

- Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines

- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel is key, for data extraction and manipulation to create pivot tables, graphs, charts and dashboards.

- Ability to negotiate and manage stakeholders

- Self-motivated individual with a passion for customer experience and operational delivery

- Ability to work volumes under pressure
