We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support financial reporting and data management activities. This part-time role requires 20–25 hours per week (approximately 5 hours per day) and involves gathering, processing, and analyzing financial data to support accurate reporting and workflow management.

Duration: Part-Time Contract (20–25 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and process receipt of financial reports, including communication for missing or late submissions.

- Save financial data in appropriate repositories and manage extensions, waivers, and fines for late reports.

- Enter financial data accurately into reporting systems and track approval workflows to completion.

- Oversee daily production and review of surveillance emails, ensuring workflow items (negative news, missing reports, account changes, etc.) are addressed promptly.

- Conduct daily reviews of items requiring same-day action.

- Reconcile reporting and trackers to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Knowledge of financial reporting components such as Income Statements, Balance Sheets, etc.

- Understanding of credit and financial statement analysis for various financial institutions.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Effective communication skills.

- Self-starter with a proactive approach to tasks.
