Join Webco as a Business & Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in optimizing our operations through data-driven insights and systems management. This hybrid role bridges business analysis with data administration, supporting both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and create customer and material master data in SAP.

- Analyze business processes and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.

- Collaborate with Sales, Production, and IT to streamline workflows and ensure accurate data flow.

- Lead initiatives to improve cost efficiency, product development, and staffing models.

- Interpret ASTM standards and ensure compliance in production data.

- Develop and distribute reports to support decision-making across departments.

- Implement and customize SAP solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, data analysis, or plant operations.

- Proficiency in SAP, MS Excel, MS Office; familiarity with Python and MS Access is a plus.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and continuous improvement.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
