About the Role:
Solify is seeking an organized and reliable Customer Support Dispatcher/Coordinator to join our team on a 6-month full-time contract. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting HVAC field operations by managing service scheduling, coordinating dispatches, and maintaining strong communication with both customers and technicians.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in dispatch, operations, or administrative support within a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Receive and respond to incoming service inquiries via phone and email
•Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on availability, urgency, and location
•Keep customers updated on appointment windows, technician ETA, and service changes
•Log job details, customer updates, and technician notes into dispatch/CRM systems
•Monitor technician schedules and ensure jobs are being completed on time
•Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations
•Maintain professionalism and accuracy in a time-sensitive environment
Qualifications:
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills
•Organized and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure
•Comfortable with computer systems and learning new tools
•Previous experience in customer service or dispatch is an asset (not required)
•Available for full-time, on-site work in North York, ON
•Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
