About the Role
Join a small, collaborative team that supports a global network of engineers and specialists. You'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and operational support for bioprocessing systems used to develop and manufacture life-saving products, such as medications and vaccines.
Key Responsibilities
•Handle customer communications, log inquiries, and escalate issues to technical teams
•Manage spare parts and service quote requests, follow up on purchase orders and status updates
•Coordinate incoming materials for in-house calibrations and repairs
•Track and support RMA and warranty requests
•Monitor service contracts and KPIs
•Consolidate data for asset management
•Adjust service schedules and assist in resource planning
•Support special projects as assigned
What You Bring
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
•2–4 years of customer service, order management, or sales support experience
•Proficiency with Salesforce and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
•Prior experience in biotech, pharma, or medical device industry preferred
•Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
•A collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
•Experience with RMA, repair coordination, or warranty management
•Familiarity with service logistics and project coordination
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
