As a Customer Service Representative at Trenchless Today, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—helping them with service information, answering questions, booking appointments, and resolving concerns efficiently and with care. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, solutions-focused, and takes pride in representing a company with professionalism and empathy.
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism* Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions* Build strong, trusting relationships through open communication* Use internal systems to provide accurate information and document interactions* Achieve performance targets including sales goals and call handling metrics* Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer satisfaction* Adapt to changing customer demands and priorities quickly*
Friendly, respectful, and patient attitude—always* Flexibility to work shifts between 5:00 AM – 9:30 PM, including weekends* At least 1 year of sales or customer support experience* Strong phone presence and excellent listening skills* Comfort with computer systems and ability to navigate software quickly* Ability to type at least 40 WPM* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Solid reading comprehension and basic math ability* Ability to multitask and adapt to different personalities and situations* Willingness to take on additional tasks as needed* Able to pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding THC) and background check* Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.*
