Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at Oldani Brothers, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, helping them navigate inquiries about our silver and pewter trophies and awards. Primarily, you'll handle inbound calls and emails, providing prompt and personalized support on orders, product details, and shipping. Occasionally, you may assist in other areas of the business, such as order processing or light administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations across our workshop.
To excel in supporting our products, you'll receive in-house training on the production floor, learning the processes behind our products. All training is done in-house.
- Answer emails and phone calls related to product inquiries
- Enter incoming orders
- Ensure that all materials are on hand for completing confirmed orders
- Price custom orders using pre-built spreadsheets
- Communicate effectively with production to ensure all orders are shipped on time
- Demonstrate excellent phone and email etiquette consistent with the level of clientele we service
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and provide additional information as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- No prior experience required—we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and Google products.
- Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions and documentation.
