Join our fast-growing, privately-held company at our Corporate Headquarters in Germantown, Wisconsin. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers and play a crucial role in ensuring they receive exceptional service.

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to serve as a customer champion, providing support for our innovative, motorized material handling solutions. You'll be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to supporting customers in the retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics industries.

What you'll do:

- Serve as the primary contact for customers, answering incoming calls and responding to emails with professionalism and efficiency.

- Manage the full order cycle for parts, from inputting orders into our ERP system to confirming pricing and forwarding for processing.

- Respond to a wide range of customer inquiries, including providing order status updates, tracking shipping and delivery dates, and processing order changes and cancellations.

- Act as the customer's advocate to resolve service issues and product-related concerns, ensuring a positive resolution.

- Support customers with requests for quotations, product literature, and parts lists.

- Work closely with other members of the team to deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience.

What you'll bring:

- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably within an industrial manufacturing environment.

- A strong passion for helping people and a commitment to providing excellent service.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with cloud-based CRM platforms.

- The ability to effectively manage multiple customer interactions and projects in a fast-paced setting.

- A 4-year college degree in Communications or a related field is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
