Duties
•Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat promptly.
•Provide accurate information about products and services.
•Handle transactions and maintain accurate records.
•Make outbound calls for follow-up and additional support.
•Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service.
•Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions.
•Assist in training new staff on customer service best practices.
Experience
•Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or office.
•Bilingual skills are a plus.
•Proficiency in cash handling and basic transactions.
•Strong typing and communication skills in English.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
