Customer Service Rep

Lancaster Area Sewer Authority has been serving Lancaster County municipalities for decades, striving to provide the highest quality of service at a reasonable cost. We are currently looking for an individual who is interested in our continued success. Our customer service reps are known for being approachable and responsive and exceed most customer's expectations. Interested individuals should have prior experience and enjoy interacting with customers both in person and on the phone. To be successful in this position, strong organizational, and computer skills are essential, and attention to detail is critical.

At time of hire, the candidate must possess a valid PA driver's license and meet insurance eligibility requirements. A pre-employment medical exam and drug test are required.

Work location: Administration Office— 130 Centerville Rd., Lancaster PA Rate of pay: $21.22 - $22.77/hour Hours of work: 8:00 am—4:30 pm Monday –Friday
