We are looking for a reliable, highly motivated Customer Service Representative who can provide a high level of customer service. Core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Applicant must be fluent with email, scanning, and utilizing various web tools. We are looking for an individual with strong networking skills, can handle a high paced work environment, will treat customers with respect, is very well organized, and can work well within a team.
Hours: This is a full-time permanent position, however due to the seasonality of the business, it has a seasonal shift during the winter months due to the high volume of activity in those months. The seasonal shift is as follows:
May 1st – November 30th: Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
December 1st – April 30th: Tuesday to Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00PM
