Position Overview
As our Call Center Manager, you will:
•Oversee and lead daily operations for call center staff at two locations.
•Supervise and coach Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) across both brands.
•Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service.
•Manage call flow, scheduling efficiency, and CSR performance.
•Collaborate closely with service managers and technicians to support field operations.
•Provide strong leadership and promote a positive work culture.
•Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide feedback to employees.
•Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve operational excellence.
•Foster teamwork and collaboration among team members.
Qualifications
•3+ years of experience managing a call center or customer service team (multi-brand or home services experience highly preferred).
•Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills.
•Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
•Comfort with KPIs, performance metrics, and service efficiency.
•Knowledge of ServiceTitan is preferred but not required – training will be provided for the right candidate.
Location & Travel
This position supports both our Front Royal and Harrisonburg offices. Candidates must be able to travel regularly between locations.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
