We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dynamic role as a Customer Service and Sales Associate. In this position, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely quotes and consulting with customers both on the phone and via email.

Prior experience in sales is beneficial but not required. Willingness to learn, competency in basic math, and the ability to multitask are necessary.

Hours are 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday but some flexibility is available for the right candidate. This is an in-office position and not remote. Our Omaha office is located near 108th and Maple Streets in Omaha.

We are a 139-year-old industrial manufacturer. Our clientele includes both large corporations and small businesses, located across the United States and internationally. While the majority of our work is conducted through online platforms, we also provide support via phone for customers seeking assistance directly from our office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers through phone and email.

- Provide accurate cost estimates and quotes for customers.

- Work closely with sales and production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with clients.

Qualifications:

- Basic mathematical skills.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear and professional interactions with customers.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and comfortable using business management software.

- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Hourly with flexible wage ($20.00-$24.00/hour)
