Customer Service and Inside Sales

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to analyze customer inquiries, providing solutions in a timely manner. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, representing our company with professionalism and care.

Duties

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.

- Analyze customer issues and resolve complaints effectively.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

- Assist in sales by identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling customer requests.

- Quote and generate pricing on a variety of sales inquiries.

- Enter customer orders into ABC’s system.

Skills

- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record management.

- Strong background in customer service, preferably in a call center or office environment.

- Ability to analyze information and provide effective solutions to customers.

- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail.

- Multilingual abilities are a plus, with proficiency in English required.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day

· Some Travel expected.

· Use of hands for typing, writing, using a phone, and handling documents or tools.

· Ability to read documents, screens, reports, and observe operations.

· Fluent English, to clearly speak with teams, clients, or production lines.

· Ability to lift 25-50 lbs. occasionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
