Join us at ATCO Electric Yukon as a Customer Service Advisor, Under the general supervision of the Supervisor, Customer Accounting and Administration, you’ll be the first point of contact for residential, commercial, and rural customers within the ATCO Electric Yukon service area.

In this dynamic role, you’ll handle a wide range of inquiries, service requests, and concerns—ensuring every interaction is prompt, personalized, and professional. You’ll play a key role in strengthening our customer relationships and enhancing ATCO’s reputation as a trusted and community-focused energy provider.

Whitehorse is a designated community, and the successful candidate will be eligible for a comprehensive northern package.
