This is an opportunity to help shape the future of our organization through effective vendor management strategies and innovative solutions. You’ll work with partners across Customer Service and our vendors to ensure we meet quality standards, compliance requirements, and service level expectations.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a strong background in vendor management or supply chain management, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to develop and implement service level agreements that drive financial, operational, and quality deliverables.
