Founded in 1979, Majestic Steel is a family owned, leading steel distribution, processing and solutions company. Majestic sells its steel to a diverse set of customers across North America in markets including HVAC, construction, equipment, agriculture, and appliance industries.

- Impact: Ensures all orders are entered and fulfilled accurately, directly leading to customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Order Entry: Administer sales orders with precision and attention to detail.
- Order Management: Monitor and track orders, providing timely status updates to Account Executives and customers.
- Customer Support: Provide top-tier support to Majestic customers while effectively promoting our brand, products, and services.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all important activities in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and participate in additional job-related responsibilities as assigned
- Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office products and Windows-based applications.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact effectively with customers and team members at all levels; Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities; Adaptability to change in a fast-paced environment
- Two (2) years of customer support experience
- Two (2) years of experience with flat steel products
