We are looking for two Customer Data Specialists to join our team. One role will be more customer-facing, while the other will focus more on auditing and data accuracy responsibilities.
We have an opportunity for motivated individuals to fill the role(s) of Customer Data Specialist. In these positions, the successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient customer onboarding process by processing documentation, coordinating with various teams, addressing customer inquiries, improving processes, and managing utility data-related tickets.
- The customer-facing role will focus more on engaging with clients, handling incoming inquiries, supporting onboarding interactions, and helping ensure a positive customer experience.
- The auditing-focused role will involve detailed data review, internal process auditing, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of utility data and documentation.
The Customer Data Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new customers. Handles essential documentation, facilitate collaboration between teams, addresses customer inquiries, improves processes, manages data, and contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of Budderfly's on-boarding operations.
- Process all required documentation to complete customer sign up process.
- Follow-up on open items including contracts, invoices and related paperwork.
- Work with onboarding and sales teams as needed to complete required supporting documentation.
- Understand Budderfly program and be able to answer potential customers' questions and concerns.
- Identify ways to improve processes and work with a team to implement those.
- Manage all tickets related to our utility data management working with utilities, data partners and our billing team.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Problem solving skills are a number one priority.
- Good customer service skills and the ability to work well with others is necessary.

- High school diploma/equivalent required; industry experience highly preferred

Job Type: Full-time, M-F (Hybrid Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in office)
Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
