Key Responsibilities:
•Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and in-person interactions.
•Resolve or escalate customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
•Process transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
•Handle billing inquiries and assist with light collections.
•Demonstrate strong data entry skills and attention to detail.
•Provide resolutions for gas and/or water service needs.
•Manage parts inventory and ensure timely submission of paperwork.
•Maintain professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
•High school diploma or GED required.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
•Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
•Proficient in MS Office and phone skills.
•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
•Dependable with a stable work history.
•Strong commitment to customer service and safety.
Physical Requirements:
•Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, squat, and twist occasionally.
•Perform light lifting of supplies and materials.
•Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
•Work using repetitive motion and adjust focus as needed.
Working Environment:
•Regularly work in an office environment.

•Experience moderate noise levels and sensory demands due to computer use.
