Customer Care Associate - Temp

Primary Purpose:

THIS A FULL-TIME TEMPORARY ROLE IN A CALL CENTER. MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO CARNEY'S POINT NJ FOR 10 WEEKS OF IN-PERSON TRAINING.

With supervision, provides efficient and courteous customer relations, Has contact with residential and non-residential customers through all communications media.

May required considerable walking

Eligible upon demonstration of ability, fitness and other qualifications after six months in top rate of Customer Care Associate classification to go to first step of Customer Care Representative classification.
