The HVAC Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless customer experience by handling inquiries, scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks. The CSR also supports senior management and is expected to be highly tech-savvy, using digital tools to improve workflow efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
-Schedule HVAC service appointments and maintain accurate, detailed customer records in the CRM system.
-Help identify and troubleshoot minor tech issues internally (training provided)
-Maintain and organize digital records of customer interactions, job status, and follow-ups.
o Supporting meetings with scheduling, documentation, and digital tools
o Assisting with company communications and internal projects
-Perform general office duties such as digital filing, data entry, and office organization
-Use and support various tech platforms, including CRM systems, scheduling tools, cloud-based apps, and communication platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Podium).
-Help coordinate company events and employee engagement initiatives
o Sending out digital invitations and managing RSVPs
