Crusher Operator

Job Summary:

Rolling Mix Concrete BC LTD is seeking a skilled and experienced Crusher Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the crusher, managing material flow, and optimizing production to meet quality specifications. A key component of the role is the ability to read and interpret sieve analysis reports to ensure product quality and maximize output.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and monitor crushing equipment in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines.

- Adjust crusher settings and production flow to meet material specifications.

- Analyze and interpret sieve reports to assess product gradation and identify areas for improvement.

- Optimize crushing operations to maintain efficient throughput and reduce downtime.

- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on crusher equipment.

- Maintain detailed records of production, maintenance, and performance metrics.

- Work closely with quality control and plant management to meet production targets.

- Ensure a clean and safe working environment at the crushing site.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the concrete or aggregate industry.

- Proven ability to read and understand sieve analysis and material gradation reports.

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as loaders and conveyors is an asset.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in a crushing or construction environment.

- Physically fit and capable of working in outdoor and physically demanding conditions.

- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on product quality and equipment performance.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
