We are looking for a talented individual…

To join our team as a Crew Supervisor. With general guidance from functional management and in accordance with organization goals, values and norms, provides direction on activities, behaviors and performance, and motivates team members. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Reports to management and program(s) on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity. Understands customer and program requirements.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can…

- Oversee and train, Energy Technicians.

- Assure work is completed correctly, approve hours worked and time off requests.

- Act as local, on-site program and company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers.

- Conduct installation of residential energy efficiency upgrades and recommend solutions. Record inspection results, customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements. Provide input and status updates to program staff. Troubleshoot technical problems and issues in accordance with client specifications

- Travel throughout a defined territory

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

- 3-5 years relevant industry technical certification/training preferred

- Must be BPI certified
