POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Restaurant Crew Members. As a valuable member of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for various tasks related to food preparation, customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized restaurant environment. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service.

- Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

- Prepare and serve food and beverages following established recipes and portion sizes.

- Ensure food quality and presentation meet the highest standards.

- Assist in food preparation activities, such as chopping vegetables, assembling ingredients, and cooking menu items.

- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area, including food preparation surfaces, utensils, and equipment.

- Follow proper food safety and handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety.

- Restock and replenish food items, supplies, and condiments as needed.

- Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately and responsibly, following established cash handling procedures.

- Collaborate with Crew members to ensure smooth restaurant operations, including coordinating with kitchen staff and servers.

- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a polite and professional manner, escalating issues to the appropriate supervisor or manager when necessary.

- Uphold the restaurant's standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety at all times.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.


QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prior experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required.

- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.

- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and crew members.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Flexibility to work in different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Basic math skills for handling transactions and making change.

- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.

- Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors and managers.
