As an in-house creative specialist (graphic designer) on our marketing team, the Creative Specialist will collaborate closely with the Creative Manager to produce compelling graphics and branded materials. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and a Windows-based environment is essential. This role supports brand management, business development efforts, and both internal and external communications. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, excels in ideation through to final product, and is adept at working within established brand guidelines.
Responsibilities:
•Work closely with the Creative Manager to create graphics for marketing, website, business development project pursuits, social media, firm communications, campaigns, and more.
•Develop firm-branded materials including brochures, reports, PowerPoint presentations, posters, invitations, event collateral, social media content, web assets, ads, and more.
•Craft compelling visual stories that synthesize complex information into digestible visuals.
•Interpret visual identity and brand standards effectively across marketing collateral.
•Produce print-ready files and collaborate with printers and consultants to ensure high-quality production.
•Brainstorm and collaborate on creative projects, incorporating feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Additional Qualifications:
•Expertise in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Proficiency in Adobe XD, After Effects, and Premiere is a plus.
•Strong understanding of graphic layout, color theory, and typography in both digital and print media.
•Excellent communication skills, highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
•Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment with a high-energy team.
