The Role: As our first Marketing Specialist, you’ll wear many hats and have the opportunity to shape our brand’s presence. You’ll create and manage marketing strategies to drive growth. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
● Ad Creation & Campaign Management: Design compelling ads (digital, social, and/or print) and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, or others to maximize ROI.
● Website Support: Collaborate with [team/freelancers] to update and optimize our website for user experience and conversions.
● SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and improve search rankings.
● Content Creation: Produce engaging content (e.g., social media posts, blogs, newsletters) to build brand awareness.
● Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze data, and provide insights to refine strategies.
● Brand Development: Help define and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
● 2+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related fields (experience in small businesses or startups is a plus).
● Proven skills in creating ads and managing paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
● Working knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
● Familiarity with website management (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace) and basic content editing.
● Strong written and visual communication skills with an eye for design (experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar is a plus).
● Self-starter who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
