Graymont is seeking a high-potential Corporate Development Associate to support our global growth strategy. This is a unique opportunity for a driven professional with 3–5 years of relevant experience on transactions and strategic initiatives across multiple regions, who is ready to contribute to the development of a global leader in calcium-based solutions.
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Development, you will play a key role in conducting market and financial research and analysis, evaluating new opportunities and supporting M&A execution. This role offers good potential for growth and increasing responsibility over time.
- Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive intelligence
- Maintain internal databases, trackers, and dashboards related to strategic opportunities
- Assist in evaluating acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments
- Assist with the coordination of due diligence activities with cross-functional teams and external advisors
- Collaborate on the development of detailed financial models and valuation analyses (NPV, IRR, scenario/sensitivity cases)
- Support the preparation of presentation materials for executive and board audiences
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives aligned with the company’s growth objectives
- Take ownership of workstreams and gradually build autonomy and scope in the role
- Professional Experience: 3–5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, accounting, consulting, or a similar analytical field
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and capable of managing multiple workstreams
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel occasionally (<20%)
- MBA or CFA designation (or in progress)
- Interest in international business and multi-cultural collaboration
- Experience in industrial, natural resources, or capital-intensive sectors

The salary range for this position is $ 105,777 - $ 145,522 per year. The final offer will be determined based on a range of factors, including relevant knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
