Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Convention Machinist to help us produce various products.

Responsibilities

•

Able to operate Conventional Lathes and Mills comfortably.

•

Able to Read and interpret blueprints comfortably.

•

Will be doing work on a variety of products and materials that can range from 36 inch in lenght, 6-8 inches in diameter.

•

Perform turning, threading, grooving, and tapering using specialized cutting tools.

•

Interpret technical drawings, set up materials, and monitor machining processes for efficiency.

•

Predominantly doing Lathe work:70% Lathe, 30% Mill.

•

Able to operate manual surface grinders for small jobs.

•

Some CNC experience is a plus.

•

R&D, Job-shop enviroment. Must be comfortable working on various projects at a time.

Shift

Monday to Friday: 7am-3:30pm.

Pay is based on experience and is negotiable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
