Contracts Specialist

to join their team based in

12-month contract with possibility for extension or direct hire for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including planning, negotiation, execution, and post-award administration.

- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements such as EPC, MSA, and PSA contracts.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies while ensuring contract compliance.

- Collaborate with legal, project management, finance, and operations teams to support contract execution.

- Ensure alignment with procurement principles, risk management best practices, and corporate policies.

- Support dispute resolution, contract amendments, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of contract management experience, preferably in the energy sector (Owner’s Side).

- Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.

- Strong understanding of contract law, procurement principles, and risk mitigation.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- NCMA or supply chain certifications (CPSM, CCCM, CPCM, CSCP, MCIPS) preferred
