Job Description

We are looking for a talented individual . . .

To join our team as a Contractor Support Specialist! This role serves as a key representative to our contractors, building strong relationships across local and regional markets. You will act as a subject matter expert, supporting contractors with their applications and the application submittal process. Responsibilities include resolving contractor concerns, verifying product installations and documentation, and communicating program updates and technical specifications.

- Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements

- Act as a company representative to customers and contractors; to encourage participation in the program and overcome barriers

- Misc. and follow up with program staff

- Process applications by verifying eligibility, obtaining and documenting necessary information for the applications

- Perform accurate data entry and maintenance, including file setup, eligibility verification, applicable troubleshooting resolution

- Review application submissions to determine type of documentation required, terms of program are met, invoicing

- Provide education and instruction to applicants on eligibility requirements or work with applicants to request additional information to meet requirements of program

- Complete review processes by obtaining and reviewing supporting documentation in accordance with terms and conditions of the program

Type of Work

- This is a remote position; we require you to have a dedicated home office space, free from interruptions

- Monday- Friday 8AM- 5PM

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
