We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Construction Support Specialist to provide critical support for gas utility projects in the Bay Area. This position is hybrid, with most work taking place remotely. Some travel to job sites will be required.
This role will be responsible for documentation, supervision, field support, and ensuring compliance with client standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management or engineering and be comfortable traveling to jobsites each week. The project will run from 10/13/2025 through the end of 2027.
- Prepare and submit as-built documentation
- Draft gas main clearance/tie-in drawings
- Supervise gas main clearance/tie-in activities
- Support construction through:
- Material procurement
- RFI (Request for Information) review and response
- Field meetings and coordination
- Gas service walks
- Resolve construction issues in the field
- Update and maintain project schedules
- Review Client Gas Standards to become a Subject Matter Expert
- Travel to various jobsites within the greater Bay Area (overnight stays may be required)
- Maintain reliable personal transportation for site travel
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ability to travel to job sites
- Willingness to travel overnight as needed
