Responsibilities

Develop, review, and negotiate contracts to ensure they meet organizational standards and comply with applicable laws.

Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation through execution to renewal or termination.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information for contract development.

•

Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documentation in databases and SharePoint.

•

Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise promptly.

•

Provide guidance and support to team members regarding contractual matters.

•

Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.

•

Prepare reports and presentations as needed to communicate contract status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience in contract management or a related field.

•

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

•

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint for documentation and reporting purposes.

•

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

•

Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

•

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

•

Experience in managing databases related to contracts is preferred.

•

Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
