Education Required: HBA degree, Engineering and Business degree or equivalent
Responsibilities: May include some or all of the following assigned tasks directly or indirectly by the VP, Global Technical Support
· Identify opportunities for process improvement, quality enhancement, waste removal, and cost reduction
· Planning, facilitating, and executing Lean Six Sigma tools
· Establish, implement and monitor quality and operation criteria to evaluate and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Actlabs processes and services
· support the lab operations and other stakeholders (technical support resources) in quality issues like customer complaints, Reworks and NCRs
· Establish and drive a culture of continuous improvement throughout the Actlabs
· Responsible for identifying/developing best practices within the laboratory’s operations and then disseminating those practices to our sites around the world via the provision of hands-on training
· Revise Actlabs controlled procedures to ensure best practices are captured within the Quality Management System.
· Review KPIs to determine where improvement is required, followed by taking steps to investigate and improve areas of low performance. Work with relevant stakeholders to develop KPIs in the event that there are gaps in KPI reporting
· Help to ensure quality data for which Actlabs has gained reputation
· Communicate observations and opportunities for improvement to management stakeholders
· Advise and assist with internal initiatives to improve or further develop productivity, quality and safety in Actlabs facilities
· Other responsibilities as may be assigned by the VP, Global Technical Support

4. Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel applications; programming ability an asset
6. Ability to travel to any Actlabs location globally
