As a

Continuous Improvement Consultant,

you are responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement through developing guidelines, targets, and standards used for monitoring and measuring results. This is a hands-on role, diving deep to understand the current situation and processes in the business and thinking big to understand the blockers and issues. By incorporating Lean Six Sigma methodology and analytics into organizational methodology this role will identify, analyze, and improve business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive operational excellence.
