Position Summary

Director of Continuous Improvementto lead and scale enterprise-wide initiatives across our manufacturing and operations network. This role will play a critical part in driving operational excellence, embedding a culture of continuous improvement, and delivering measurable results in productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. This is a strategic opportunity for a seasoned Lean leader ready to influence systems and processes across a growing, multi-site industrial platform.
