- Demonstrate effective safety leadership by addressing and enforcing BW Golds
- safety standards, procedures, and safety systems.
- Compiling, inputting, and filing data collected from the contractors (shift reports,
- LEMS, NOEs, Change Notices, PODs and other required project related information).
- Set up and maintain effective filing systems organizing categories and data.
- Take minutes at meetings and distribute to the plant construction team.
- Prepare, maintain, and safeguard the confidentiality of office files.
- Ensure all communication documents are formatted correctly, have proper
- attachments and spelling, punctuation, and grammar are correct.
- Generate purchase requisitions.
- Ordering office supplies and consumables for plant construction team.
- Other clerical duties as required.
- Certificate or diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative experience, ideally in mining, construction, or industrial environments.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with Pronto or similar ERP systems preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
- Team player with the ability to focus on instructions and complete tasks in a safe and timely manner.
- Ability to work at a remote location camp on a 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation
- Comfortable working and living in close quarters with the team
- Ability to maintain high levels of performance over 12-hour shift
