Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations, ensure project timelines are met, and maintain our high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

•

Manage and oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities from start to finish.

•

Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

•

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site labor.

•

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.

•

Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

•

Conduct regular site inspections and proactively address potential issues.

•

Maintain clear and consistent communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

•

Track project progress and provide updates on schedules, budgets, and site conditions.

•

Problem-solve construction challenges and implement effective solutions.

•

Ensure all work meets or exceeds local building codes and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

•

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.

•

Proven track record in high-quality construction and project execution.

•

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.

•

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

•

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

•

Proficiency in scheduling software and construction management tools is a plus.

•

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick, sound decisions.

•

OSHA certification and first aid/CPR training are preferred.

•

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
