Phoenix Restoration Services, Inc. was established in 2009 and specializes in commercial and residential insurance repair work - specifically fire, water, mold and catastrophe damage repair as well as general construction work. The normal operating zone for work to be performed has been established as Mobile and Baldwin Counties in Southwest Alabama. We also perform catastrophe and specialty work along the I-10 corridor on the Gulf Coast.
The Construction Superintendent is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing daily job site operations and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This individual will manage multiple crews and subcontractors, coordinate with project managers and estimators, and maintain clear communication with clients. The Superintendent is expected to be organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of holding team members accountable while fostering a positive, professional work environment.
Daily tasks may include managing schedules, inspecting workmanship, ensuring safety protocols are followed, overseeing materials and equipment, attending jobsite meetings, and updating project status. This position requires knowledge of all construction phases including demolition, framing, drywall, painting, roofing, flooring, and finish work.
This position reports directly to the Project Manager and will require routine travel throughout the company’s service area.

- Vacation time: 1 Week after 6 Months / 2 Weeks after 1 Year
- High School Diploma or General Equivalent Degree Required
- 3+ Years General Construction Experience (Supervisory Role Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of building trades: framing, drywall, paint, roofing, flooring, cabinetry, etc.
- Ability to read scopes of work, repair estimates, and basic site layouts
- Ability to follow and enforce OSHA regulations on jobsites
- Must be highly organized, punctual, and self-directed
- Strong communication skills; able to give clear direction to crew members and subs
- Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to self perform and work under minimal supervision
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Must be willing to work an after hours on call schedule
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work during 90 day probationary period.
- Must be able to lift 55 lbs, climb ladders, work in attics or crawlspaces, and handle outdoor weather conditions
