SUPERINTENDENT

We’re seeking a Construction Superintendent, Electric inDacono CO. The Superintendent leads field operations for construction projects, overseeing crews, subcontractors, and safety compliance. This client-facing role is the primary liaison with customers and vendors. This role balances operational leadership with strategic planning, financial oversight, and employee development to drive project success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

+ Plan, coordinate, and execute construction activities and project deliverables + Serve as primary contact for customers, subcontractors, and vendors + Oversee crews, equipment, subcontractors, and safety compliance on job sites + Drive team performance in productivity, quality, and safety + Recruit, mentor, and develop employees to support succession planning and career growth + Manage employee relations and development opportunities + Champion safety by modeling safe behavior and enforcing standards + Lead and participate in job hazard analysis and safety briefings + Monitor the activities of subcontractors to ensure compliance + Analyze processes and procedures for continuous process improvement + Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness + Manage project financials, including identifying change orders and assessing schedule impacts + Manage the planning and executing of projects and contracts + Perform additional duties assigned

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

+ 3+ years of Management experience + Valid Driver’s License + DOT Medical Card – If driving company vehicle + Excellent Computer Skills + Excellent communication skills, both oral and written + The physical activity required for this role includes:

- Travel as needed

- Exposure to a range of weather conditions, including hot and cold weather

- Walking on uneven and variable terrain for long periods

- Sitting for extended periods in an office environment

- Frequently standing, walking, stooping, climbing, bending and reaching

- Manual dexterity for computer use, files and office equipment

- Occasionally lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds

+ Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
