Job Description:

As a Construction Superintendent at XENITH Construction LLC, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are executed in a timely, safe, and efficient manner. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within budget while adhering to quality standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

•

Oversee and manage all on-site activities of residential and commercial construction projects.

•

Coordinate and collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project goals are met.

•

Create and maintain detailed project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary.

•

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a safe working environment for all personnel on the site.

•

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues or deviations from project plans.

•

Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

•

Monitor and control project budgets, including tracking expenses, approving invoices, and minimizing cost overruns.

•

Provide clear communication to all stakeholders, keeping them informed about project progress, challenges, and milestones.

•

Supervise and lead site personnel, including foremen, subcontractors, and laborers, providing guidance and mentorship.

•

Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise during the course of construction, maintaining a positive working atmosphere.

•

Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet quality standards, facilitating successful project handover to clients.

Qualifications:

•

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

•

Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent in residential and commercial construction projects.

•

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

•

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.

•

Excellent organizational and time-management skills, capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.

•

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

•

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues proactively.

•

OSHA certification preferred and knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.

•

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
