Tatco Construction, a leader in the commercial construction industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent to join our growing team. As a Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of construction projects across our Tulsa Metro locations. You will be a key member of our team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What you will do:
•Provide direct leadership and supervision to field crews, subcontractors, and vendors on assigned projects.
•Develop and implement detailed construction schedules and ensure adherence to project deadlines.
•Manage project budgets and track costs to identify and address potential deviations.
•Oversee all aspects of quality control and safety compliance on project sites.
•Conduct regular inspections and identify and address any safety hazards or quality issues promptly.
•Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.
•Effectively communicate with project stakeholders, including project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
•Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on project progress, safety, and financials.
•Travel extensively to project sites throughout the assigned region.
Qualifications:
•3 years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction.
•Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
•Strong understanding of construction methods, plan reading, and safety regulations.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software (e.g., Procore).
•Valid driver's license and a willingness to travel.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 w/ Bonuses
