Summary
As a Construction Superintendent at Williams Creek Management, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction projects that contribute to environmental restoration and compliance. Responsibilities
•Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

•Review schematics and plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
•Conduct regular site inspections to enforce safety standards in accordance with OSHA regulations.
•Maintain accurate documentation of contracts, change orders, and project progress.
•Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets and resource allocation strategies.
•Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
Requirements
•Proven or as a superintendent in the construction industry.
•Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites.
•Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings effectively.
•Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and shareholders.
