Construction Superintendent

Established Central Coast area general contractor seeking motivated, professional, and career minded Construction Superintendent for our Santa Barbara and Ventura locations.

The Superintendent serves our company and client as the direct day to day operator of the project. Superintendents are primarily single project positions with multiple assignments from time to time depending on location, size, and complexity of the project(s). The Superintendent will be supported by an assigned Project Manager and will report to the Operations Manager.

Annual Salary Range: $115k- $135k. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, locations and other factors permitted by law.
