Construction Site Supervisor

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is performed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards. The Construction Site Supervisor will coordinate with various teams, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.

Duties

- Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.

- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project schedules and budgets.

- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for effective project tracking and reporting.

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide construction activities.

- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and compliance with OSHA regulations.

- Manage subcontractors and labor teams, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.

- Implement safety protocols and conduct safety meetings to promote a safe working environment.

- Oversee construction estimating processes to ensure accurate budgeting for materials and labor.

- Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly to minimize disruptions.

Skills

- Proficient in construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and HeavyBid.

- Strong knowledge of construction management principles, project scheduling, budgeting, and quality control processes.

- Experience in reading blueprints, schematics, and contracts effectively.

- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices on construction sites.

- Excellent supervisory skills with a proven track record of managing teams effectively.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

- Effective communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Pay: $32.65 - $60.00 per hour
